The Devotional Series is designed to help students engage with God’s Word throughout the week. The devotions come with five unique verses and five unique prompts per week to help students think about or act on what they’ve read.

WEEK 1: DAY 1
WE ALL REFLECT THE IMAGE OF GOD.
There’s something cool about watching kids play together. Despite their differences, they all just seem to enjoy being around each other. They don’t seem to see the things that divide them. This verse reminds us that in the same way young kids can find common ground, we as Christians are united by our faith. We are no longer on opposite teams, divided by anything. Rather, we are sons and daughters of the same Father, all adopted into the same family. How would your life look different if you tried to treat others this way this week—like they were a part of your same family?
WEEK 2: DAY 1
JESUS BELIEVES WE ARE WORTHY OF LOVE AND HELP NO MATTER WHAT.
This verse reminds us that Jesus is the ultimate light in our lives. The more we learn about Jesus, the more His light can shine in our lives. And that light helps set us free from even the most difficult and dark circumstances in our lives. With God, nothing is left in the darkness. The light of His love has the power to change us from the inside out. This week, ask Jesus to be the light in your life. Pray that as you grow in knowledge of Him, His love will shine in and through you!
